| Saba T's (as locals affectionately call it) is the combined brain child of Saba historian Will Johnson and his son Chris (presently island commissioner), and was designed by local artist Robbie Lynn. Opening in 2004 it was an instant "smash" with locals and students alike (Saba is home to the Saba School of Medicine) supplying the best stone fired pizza in the islands as well as delivering a varied menu including fresh fish from the island's small but fearless fishing fleet. |
| 2008 saw the return of Saba's most talked about son Greg Johnson, the mastermind behind one of Saba's most popular restaurants "The Brigadoon". |

Presently working his magic on Saba's Treasure he's already putting his mark on the place, completely renovating and expanding the kitchen with a second pizza oven (yes the island demanded it!) and moving and rebuilding a "Rock Oven" that was originally situated Behind-The Ridge that has surely seen many pig roasts and parties during its long lifetime...
